For this reason, we highly recommend starting with our comprehensive Pristine Clean for your first service visit. If you've had professional cleaning within the last four weeks, a Deluxe (maintenance general cleaning) is a suitable option.
THE PRISTINE CLEANING PACKAGE
Includes the Deluxe Cleaning and meticulously hand-cleaned with special attention to build-up, plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)
- All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

Quick Notes: For safety reasons, we refrain from using ladders exceeding two steps in height. However, any higher items will be carefully dusted using an extension duster. Please note that while we cannot move furniture, we will make every effort to reach visible areas, either by hand or with the extension duster. It’s common for homes to have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that may be out of reach by hand. Kindly be aware that there may be some dust resettlement after we complete our cleaning. Although we take precautions to minimize airborne dust, it’s impossible to entirely prevent its resettlement.
